How we use AI

  • PeopleInsight leverages AI to analyze data and deliver actionable insights to users, saving time, simplifying data exploration, and enabling strategic decision-making.

    We use AI to deliver the following types of insights to users:
  • Descriptive: AI analyzes and summarizes data to highlight trends and patterns and flag exceptions where KPIs exceed established threshold values so users can quickly get a comprehensive view of organizational performance.
    Diagnostic: AI identifies the root cause of exceptions in KPIs by analyzing the data and helping users understand the “why” behind the exceptions.
    Predictive: AI provides forecasts for future KPI values based on historical data, enabling users to take proactive action to mitigate risks.

    In addition to the above, PeopleInsight has a conversational AI solution that enables users to ask questions of their data in PeopleInsight in natural language and get instant answers and insights without having to hunt for answers across multiple dashboards.

  • PeopleInsight ensures responsible AI and controls on data security and privacy as outlined below:
    •Protecting client data is of utmost importance for PeopleInsight. To ensure that all customer data is safe and secure, PeopleInsight maintains SOC2 type 2 certification.
    •All data in transit and at rest is encrypted using industry-leading security protocols, ensuring unauthorized access is prevented at every stage of data processing.
    •We ensure that AI models and services only access and process data that customers have explicitly authorized, upholding strict consent protocols to guarantee transparency and maintain trust. We use employee data (for the HR use case) and requisition and candidate data (for the talent acquisition use case) in our AI models.
  • •The instances of the AI/ML models we use through our cloud platform are contained within the PeopleInsight environment. The data processed by these models is never shared with model providers or used to train the generalized foundation models.
    •Our AI services are designed to operate without utilizing personally identifiable information (PII), ensuring that sensitive data is never processed or exposed, thereby protecting user privacy and reducing compliance risks. •Our AI solution integrates privacy by design, helping ensure that data protection and privacy rights are fundamental in our system architecture and operational practices.
